On Arrival guests must arrive no earlier than 12 noon (unless other wise arranged). Please note a 2% service charge is applicable for all credit card transactions. No charge Debit cards. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit/debit cards prior to arrival. We reserve the right to re-let the room after 5.00pm on the day of arrival, if the persons due have not informed us of their late arrival.
Payment is made on checking out. 2% charge for all credit card bookings only. Debit cards no charge. We cater for all credit cards excluding American Express.
Guest must vacate room by 11.00am.

Food - Should you like to dine with us lunchtime or evening please go to the Main Lounge for seating.
Staff will seat you and hand you a menu/drinks.
Should you wish to speak with staff regarding anything in your room, please can you ring the hotel line on 01507 441204 or try Lounge Bar staff. This is the safest way.
Breakfast - served in the Function/Dining Room.
The cleaners are not permitted to enter your room currently - no re-makes of bedding is allowed during your stay.
There will be a station set up should you wish to sanitize your room, on the landing.
It is advised to sanitise your room keys.
It is advised to open your window if possible to ventilate your room.
Should you need fresh towels, please leave your used ones outside your door by 10am so they can be changed for you.
